Fair choices are a design decision.
European regulators have published which banner designs they consider unfair, and India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 set out notice and withdrawal requirements. The product is being designed around them; how they apply to a particular business is a question for its legal adviser.

Want consent your customers understand?
Tell us where you collect permission today: your website, forms or messaging. We’ll reply personally about Privacy & Consent AI and where it is in development.
Coming soon In development. No launch date yet.
Is Privacy & Consent AI available now?
No. It is in development and has no launch date. SEO AI is the only MarketAlong product available today, as a private pilot.
Will it make my website legally compliant?
No product can promise that on its own. What applies depends on your business, where your customers are and how you use data. The product is being designed to make fair choices and good records easier, and you should still take legal advice.
Does it follow India’s DPDP rules?
The design follows the notice and withdrawal principles of India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, as described in published legal explainers, and the European regulators’ guidance on cookie banners. Which requirements the first version supports is still being decided and would be reviewed with legal experts.
Does the example on this page store anything?
No. It runs only in this page. Your choices in it are not saved or sent anywhere, and this page sets no cookies.
